About the Journal

Journal of AI Convergence and Applications (JAICA) is the English-language peer-reviewed journal of the Korean Institute of AI Convergence (KAICS). It publishes original research on artificial intelligence and its convergence with other fields of science, engineering and industry.

Focus and Scope

JAICA welcomes original research articles on the theory and applications of artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in work that brings AI together with other domains.

Topics include

  • Machine learning and deep learning
  • Natural language processing and computer vision
  • AI for energy, smart grids, manufacturing and mobility
  • AI in healthcare, education and the public sector
  • Trustworthy, explainable and privacy-preserving AI
  • Data engineering and AI systems

How to submit

Sign in with your KAICS account and choose Make a Submission. If you do not have an account yet, select Sign in with KAICS account and then Create an account.

All manuscripts are reviewed by independent experts under a double-anonymous peer review process.

Note: JAICA is currently in trial operation. The policies on this site are provisional and will be finalized by the Editorial Board.
